I'm Making It!

Well Morgan has been gone over a month and Paul soon to be a month. But I am making it! I have been busy working and going to Hattiesburg to see Mo. She is doing great!!!! She has danced at two games and it was great to watch. My mother went this past week and afterwards she said well I guess all those dance classes paid off. HAHA! We had a wonderful time. Morgan also rushed for a sorority. I went up for bid day and it was so exciting. She is a Delta Gamma now. I guess she is growing up, bittersweet. I asked her the other morning what time she got in the night before and she said I don't know sometime around midnight. I was like whatever, you do not have to sugarcoat it for me there's nothing I can do about what time you come in at night. She said well we didn't get in to after THREE because we went to some fraternity parties. I was thinking nevermind I don't want to know SUGARCOAT it please. HAHA Well she knows right from wrong and I all I can do is hope she remembers.  Paul is busy in Long Island too. He is working very long hours. I have been hanging out with our good friends Bud & Leigh Ann and their daughter Cailyn. We go eat together a couple times a week. Bud said since Coty and Paul has been gone he is turning into a SISSY, hanging with women all the time. Too funny!  I also had a first for me this past week. I started Zumba! I know me exercising what a joke. If you know me you know I don't really like to do anything that involves sweat.  I have been twice and actually have enjoyed it. Shout out to Melonie! I think Morgan has gotten over being homesick, but can I get over her being gone?

  1. I know your so proud of her, Morgan has a good head on her shoulders. Our kids are not children anymore they are bright young adults who are going out and getting and education and exploring new ideals and adventuring into different areas of interest that will take them to higher places and benefit them in their future endeavors. Kristi we raised them right, now it's up to them to make good decisions and when they don't hopefully they will learn from them and become the extraordinary adults they were ment to be. I am confident Gavin and Morgan will be all they were ment to be. I pray God puts a hedge of protection around them and protects them both as they go out and experience their USM College life. I do have to admit I hate it when Gavin comes home and has to leave again but, I know he's doing his thing. It's called the game of life. So be proud and enjoy life you deserve it.
